We offer nationwide shipping for our Cookie Boxes within the contiguous United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico).
Our commitment to quality means we bake your order to perfection and aim to minimize transit time, ensuring your cookies arrive at their destination in a fresh and delectable state. Shipping dates and costs vary based on your location and availability. While we make every effort to meet your delivery preferences, it's important to note that unforeseen delays can occasionally occur during the shipping process. Your satisfaction with our cookies is our top priority, and we appreciate your understanding.
Our cookie gift box deliveries are available from Tuesdays through Saturdays. The specific shipping dates and pricing for your order will be determined based on your location and our availability. It's important to keep in mind that, as a general rule, we do our best not to schedule shipments that would be in transit over a weekend to ensure the freshness of your cookies.
Please be aware that we are unable to guarantee an exact delivery time, and your order may be delivered as late as 9 pm, depending on the delivery driver's route. To stay well-informed about the progress of your cookies while they're in transit, we highly recommend closely monitoring your tracking information.
To ensure a smooth delivery process, please make sure your shipping address includes comprehensive details, such as the recipient's name, suite or floor number, and department information. Prior to placing your order, we strongly recommend reaching out to the respective business or building directly to obtain the most current and accurate delivery instructions.
Our nationwide shipping orders may be delivered as late as 9 pm. In the event that the business or mail room is closed at the time of delivery, a second delivery attempt will be made on the following day. Typically, these packages are directed to the mail room, and it becomes the recipient's responsibility to check for them once they are marked as delivered. Please note that we cannot assume responsibility for any unsuccessful deliveries made to businesses. Your assistance in ensuring the correct delivery of your order is greatly appreciated.
At this time, we don't deliver to P.O. boxes.
We strongly recommend selecting a shipping address where someone will be available to receive the delivery. The decision regarding whether your package will be left at the doorstep, require a signature, or be redirected to an Access Point for pickup is solely at the discretion of the delivery driver.
Please note that we do not mandate signatures for deliveries. It's essential to acknowledge that Velvety Bakery cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur once the package is in transit or delivered.
In cases where the mail carrier cannot complete the delivery on the estimated date, they will make a subsequent attempt on the next available day. For deliveries that are unsuccessful on Fridays, the reattempt will occur on the following Monday. We encourage you to plan accordingly, as our primary objective is to ensure that all cookies arrive as fresh and delightful as possible!
Our team is baking around the clock to get you your handcrafted cookies. All orders will process and ship 1-3 business days from when the order is placed. Once your order leaves our kitchen, it typically takes 1-3 days business days to deliver to your door.
While we are committed to delivering your order on time, it's important to note that unforeseen issues may arise during transit, leading to unexpected delays. For instance, in some cases, a Friday delivery may be postponed until the following Monday due to factors such as adverse weather conditions or operational challenges.
During national holidays and peak periods, we encourage our customers to place their order with enough time in advance. This proactive approach ensures that your package arrives punctually, even during high-demand times such as holidays. Your satisfaction with our cookies is of paramount importance to us, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in optimizing your delivery experience.

Given the perishable nature of our cookies, we aren’t able to accept returns.
