Though we don’t have a physical storefront yet, our heart and soul reside in the delightful city of Doral, FL. Our bakery operates online, bringing you closer to cookie heaven with every click. You can place your order here with the pick up option if you are nearby or shipping nationwide.

We love connecting with our customers in person too! Occasionally, you'll find us at events, pop up markets or malls, sharing our delicious cookies firsthand. HOW ARE THE COOKIES PACKAGED FOR NATIONWIDE SHIPPING?

Each cookie box will contain the cookies packed in cellophane bags. They're placed in shipper boxes for a safe journey to the recipient.

**SUMMER WEATHER ADVISORY: Please note that during the summer season, we do not use insulated boxes or ice packs for cookie shipments. To guarantee the utmost freshness of your cookies, we strongly recommend monitoring the tracking details and arranging for someone to receive the delivery during warmer temperatures. Do not worry! when it comes to our online orders shipped nationwide, we never include pricing or any similar details inside the package. Your gift will arrive with the thoughtfulness and discretion it deserves.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER FOR PICK UP?

Our cookies can be ordered for pick up directly through our Instagram page @velvetybakery. To place your order, we kindly ask you to do so with a minimum of 24 hours in advance.

HOW SHOULD I STORE AND CARE FOR MY COOKIES TO KEEP THEM FRESH AND DELICIOUS?

Cookies may be stored in an airtight container for up to 7 days. If you happen to have fresh or room-temperature cookies and aim to achieve that ultimate ooey-gooey, melt-in-your-mouth experience, consider warming your cookies in a 300°F preheated oven or air fryer for around 2 minutes or until they reach the perfect level of meltiness. For optimal freshness and flavor, we recommend freezing any cookies you don’t plan to eat immediately. Cookies may be frozen for up to a month. If your cookie is frozen, simply defrost it in a 350°F preheated oven for 10 minutes until it's warm and gooey.

ARE YOUR COOKIES SAFE FOR CUSTOMERS WITH FOOD ALLERGIES?

In our bakery, each cookie is lovingly baked using shared equipment. Our kitchens handle common allergens including dairy, eggs, peanuts, soy, tree nuts and wheat. Detailed allergen information for each cookie variety is available on the product pages. For those with severe allergies, please know that while we do our best to prevent cross-contamination, we are not an allergy-free bakery.
